These regulations came into force on 25 May 2018. We are required to publish our Privacy Notices for pupils, staff, visitors and parents on The BLP and individual school websites. These outline the nature of the data we hold, why we use it, our lawful reasons for doing so, how we collect and store the data, and any organisations we lawfully share the data with. The Privacy Notices also explain pupils' parents/carers' and staff rights under the GDPR.
