Behaviour

At Kippax Greenfield Primary School, we have a culture of high expectations for pupils' conduct and learning behaviours. We recognise that, in order to create a safe environment for all our pupils which maximises learning, we must maintain the highest possible standards of pupil behaviour.

To ensure consistency of approach, and to provide clarity for our pupils, we have a clear set of rules and routines that we explicitly teach pupils. These are modelled, deliberately practised and constantly reinforced by our staff. We believe these rules and routines help to support children to develop the habits (learning dispositions) and attitudes that will enable them to succeed in later life.
