All our teachers are qualified to teach across the primary age range (5 - 11). They are highly reflective practitioners and engage in fortnightly instructional coaching which provides small, personalised steps to improve their practice, together with weekly deliberate practice which involves purposeful practice of specific aspects of teaching.

We also employ a team of talented teaching assistants who provide invaluable support to children on either a whole-class, small group or one-to-one basis.

Our children are often taught by other adults as part of the enrichment of our curriculum. This includes subject specialists such as sports coaches, music teachers and police community support officers or specific workshops designed to enhance a particular topic or subject area including pop-up planetariums or travelling theatres.
